What is your best kept beauty secerts or tips?

Mine is as a asian I have never used an terry cloth to wash my body I always used a japanese wash cloth called twase its very hard on your skin but it exfoliates...I also use sesame oil right after I bath to keep my skin soft. What is some of your secerts to smooth skin, lips, or hair?

1. No sun exposure but if I am in the sun, loads of sunscreen. Arbonne products and I have beautiful skin for my age - I look 40 but am a decade older, with no neck lines and barely any crows feet!
2. i once read a tip from a film star, don't remember who she was though. when cleaning her face, she mixes a little exfoliating cream with her cleanser. because the exfoliator is 'diluted' with the lotion/cleanser you can use it every day instead of twice/three times a week. this helps keep skin smoother
3. Vasaline.. it smothes rough skin spots instantly. I put it around my eyes at night to prevent wrinkles.. This is also Tyra Banks beauty secret!
4. Ardell's Lash and brow conditioner. You'll be AMAZED at how long they get. I get mine at Ulta Cosmetics store.
5. Skin & Lips: Jing Jang Creme, easily found at www.victoriassecret.com. Many, many experts adore this! Hair: Redken's All Soft line. It is amazing! I use the All Soft Heavy Cream regularly.
