What do they do to avoid menstruation stains? Are tampons enough? Do they make them take oral contraceptive pills to control their periods?

contestants in beauty pageants of high levels like state levels in US and miss world, miss universe etc are all on oral contraceptive pills because they sleep with all the influential men. beauty sells, sex sells. thats how many of them get modeling, acting contracts. once you enter a pageant there will be dozens of opportunities at your feet to sleep with men and take advantages

Some women bleed more than others. If you are a heavy bleeder, than you should try the super absorbent tampons and also wear a darker swimsuit bottom ( in case of any accidents). Also, change your tampon more often to guard against any possible accidents.
